No. As the judge of that case, I will say/judge that there is sufficient context to apply the quotes to the inner message (as there are several nested messages, any one can be the "above quoted", and context is sufficient to determine the correct one). So Pavitra's specific arguments are not correct. (I don't know about the president vs. you yet, that's the hard part). -G.
