Yeah, except as discussed many many times, if you can "get almost anything
else" but that anything else isn't specified, you just sit around and do 
nothing.

Not that I'm saying I dislike uneven voting, I like it.  But just about
every implementation of buying voting power for its own sake (instead of
it being a small part of the game) has been stagnant.

Still, good on it being a part.
