I agree. Cards were only partially successful only because BobTHJ and I went to the effort of recordkeeping them. This is not a good model of anything; it should be possible for deputization to be performed with reasonable certainty. One thing I've been pondering for a while is if we should reinstate the Speaker as being a real leader in Agora? -coppro
