It would do more to increase conflict-of-interest assignments (where the
conflicted judge fails to disfavor) than to decrease scam assignments
(which can still be appealed - well, except while dependent actions are
broken, but that should be rare).  Also, I'd need to use the dice server
all the damn time; dealers apparently use undocumented randomizers
without complaint, but then cards are generally lower-stakes.
