Sure. If you don't have something worth submitting, don't submit it. If you have something worth submitting, proto it and find out if it's worth it. If everyone thinks it worth it, no one will object. If someone thinks its worth it, they will pay. As I said, we had that system from 2000-2007 and it worked more or less like that. -G.
