Your math is correct; that would require both players to want the action to occur. As for ordinary decisions, I operate under the logic that a) if it counted ordinary voting limits, a win by Clout would give a power=1.9 dictatorship and b) if N is 2 or more (likely), then those players combined with the initiator could make the decision democratic, and then win the proposal the normal way. -coppro
