One thing that I noticed is that all the prerogatives have the effect of making Agora harder to invade (by giving tools to players that have already won, and are therefore presumably not invaders, to repel a wide range of possible scams). Speaker doesn't, though, which is part of the reason it seems a bit of a weak and feeble position at the moment. -- ais523
