pikhq did not make the reasonable effort to provide evidence in the evidence section, as the initiator is expected to do; if the initiator had not been pikhq (or eir pawn), I would have asked pikhq for evidence. I note that (unless I've missed a message) e still has not provided evidence, but merely an assertion that the action did occur. This is good enough for a real judgement, but suboptimal.
