...The CFJ database is still down for me, so I'm a bit blind... Currently CFJ 1684 claims that PP is not a person, however an earlier CFJ with an older ruleset claimed that it is. Per R217 this may mean that the PP (and HP2) had been persons, then became not persons around the time of CFJ 1684's being called. Whether they are now is to be resolved by my CFJ.
