Yes, it's based on Matching Pennies 
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matching_pennies) but multi-agent and with 
discouragement from random play built in.
Also, the inputs/outputs of Pick the Bit are dead simple, so any AI that has 
the ability to process individual bits and produce a bit as a response can play 
the game (on commodity hardware in a sandboxed runtime). Whether or not it can 
play competently is another matter.
