Generally after the introductory offer. Does anyone read the fine print, or want to call their call center on a small island of people who speak not-English to try to cancel later? It might be good news for companies who don’t want to jerk their users around, now the question is whether customers would be willing to switch or whether laziness will prevail, even if it’s more costly laziness.
