I just read a review of the Tesla Semi the other day. It was mainly by
Pepsico execs and actual semi drivers. From the review, the drivers
absolutely love them. The huge torque makes mountain/hill climbing almost
effortless, and the lack of noise and stink is a major plus. Of the drivers
who were interviewed, they all said they never wanted to go back to diesel.
Pepsico has something like 50 deployed with (some number of) million miles
driven, and they said they wanted to get 50 more.
