I'm showing SLC has carrier pricing available for dia, EPL and waves. Chuck, be really cautious with dia, Comcast is not ISP friendly and the agreement has a no resale clause if you purchase from the retail channel, they have been known to shut down circuits and take legal action if they perceive you as competition.
