Lol We get about equal service tickets for fiber and wireless customers, but our fiber footprint is about 3x wireless and over half of the fiber plant is almost a decade old.

The disconnect was Friday. The reconnect was this morning... I know that is not music to the ears of WISP only companies, but I gotta tell you, you never get service calls with fiber.
