We typically do email and text. Text is the best way, but not all customers will opt in to text messages. Customers usually see the text messages. They never check voicemail if they don't know the number. Email does get a few of them to notice, but phone calls seem pretty worthless. The spammers have ruined phone calling forever. At least that is our experience.
