Nice. And it will continue to get cheaper with advancements in the cell
technology.
Now, if someone could come up with a super cheap and efficient way to store
it...

We could turn Yellowstone park into a massive geothermal facility that
could power the whole country, but maybe we'd rather have a park. Tough call
(in all seriousness). Allegedly extracting energy from the volcano could
reduce the risk of eruption too.

Nuclear fission gets a lot of bad press for no good reason. We'd rather
burn coal and gas and release the radioactive isotypes from those fuels I
guess.

They are relaxing to watch.
But if we want clean power, nuclear, hydro and geothermal are still the
only games in town. Even solar panels have a toxic waste stream and a less
than zero carbon foot print.

Maybe the windmill blades should be vellum on a bamboo frame, and the
pole should be a wooden pylon buried in the dirt.

He was right about the birds. Doesn’t kill all of them but it is a

The anti windmill crowd says the amount of CO2 released by the
concrete, steel and petroleum that it takes to create a windmill will never
balance out in the amount of CO2 it saves from the atmosphere.

Could be true. His problem is that he hears fragments of factoids
and delivers them in a way that it sounds like he is making crap up on the fly.

OK, sorry for breaking lent... we have been all pretty well behaved.

"I know more about wind than you do," Mr Trump replied, before going on
to say windmills are extremely expensive, “kill all the birds” and “the fumes
coming up, if you’re a believer in carbon emission … for these massive
windmills is more than anything we’re talking about with natural gas which is
very clean”.
        Enough said.

So after the fact I'm looking for punditry, switching between the big

Where would I go if I want to watch some serious discussion?

Also I dont care who you are, joe is right on daca, and I wish nancy
