What paying for a consultant does.  We have industry contacts across the board, 
99% of the time we don't use them as they should not be needed, but in an 
emergency..  😊

As I'm trying to track down an email admin contact at Charter so I can find out 
why they're deferring someone's email it occurred to me:

If someone made a business out of having access to all the right people to 
resolve interop issues quickly then that might be something worth paying for.
