ZFS was the sole factor in my decision to buy a Sun server with solaris this year, to replace my netapp. In addition, I bought some dell machines and paid for solaris on those, to keep around as backup destinations for the production sun file server. I absolutely do believe ZFS is a huge selling point for sun hardware and solaris.
