Public bug reported: The advance image Ubuntu Focal, used in some CI jobs [1][2], is no longer supported.
It has also failed several times during the image creation [3][4] due to issues with the repository mirrors. It is highly recommended to move to a newer image (for example, Ubuntu Jammy or Noble).
