I'm probably missing something again, even after checking the helps ...

I've used a .profiles file to apply four colours to text, driven by the value
of the props attribute on a <ph>
In the editor, the results are perfect.

Unfortunately, I'm not getting such good results in the output from the
.ditamap: both in the .pdf (just to check; this is not an output format I want
to deliver for this document) and as WebHelp (which is the required format for
this deliverable) most of the <ph> elements are missing, and the <ph> that do
appear are not coloured.

I've attached the two .dita topics and the .profiles file. For the time being,
I'm still using 7.4.0, but hoping to check for updates the next time I'm
working away from the office.
