Classification: UNCLASSIFIED Caveats: NONE Hi, Hussein. Our users open and the index.html so that they can navigate using links. The Webhelp files are put out on a shared server, but I believe they are "pushed" out (distributed) to a finite set of users (not viewing it from on a website).

Sending us the PDF file (or a screenshot of a part of the PDF file) would help us understanding what's wrong with WebHelp by comparing the two outputs.
