Don't worry anymore about that.

 \oneside + \marginpar + \reversemarginpar works perfectly. But the default 
\marginparwidth was too large, so large that the rule I put in the marginbox 
was in fact printed far outside from the page.

Sorry for asking questions without thinking a little before.
