Well, as we can't probably modify non-GNU system and as other programs using gettext are working on such system, it can probably be seen as a problem of wormux. Anyway, the imminent release was announced 2 weeks ago with a pre-release archive which can be tested by everyone. This pre-release archive has the same problem and nobody complains about before now. So, it's too late for 0.8.0.
