Downloaded and installed wix3.0.5419.0-x86-setup.zip and ProjectAggregator2.msi on a WindowsServer2003 with Visual Studio 2005 Professional SP1. Now missing the templates in New Project...
Tried devenv.exe /setup. This copied the templates from "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\Common7\IDE\ProjectTemplates\WiX" to "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\Common7\IDE\ProjectTemplatesCache\WiX". May still no template visible in new project! The folder "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\Common7\IDE\ItemTemplates" and "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\Common7\IDE\ItemTemplatesCache" does not contain any file regarding WiX!
