I looked in the verbose log and I could not see anything that gave me an
indication of German. For example the button on one of the dialogs on
uninstall is in German. In the log I see:

As I said before, you can check a verbose log to see which dialog is being
displayed. If it's a modal dialog, you can check the log while it's being
shown to see the tail of the log.
