Well, I can't really guess where the dialogs are coming from. It might
be MSI or it might be an authored dialog. I'd suggest opening the MSI in
Orca and using its dialog preview to see if any match what you're
seeing. You can also use Orca to see if any of the Control table's Text
columns have German.
