I would like to commend the board for at least acknowledging that there has been mistakes made. It may lack specifics but for me personally it is much welcomed shift in tone which is a start. I do think that pre-empting the review would be unwise but I do ask that the board publish the terms of reference for the review as soon as possible. We need to try to do this as open from the start and knowing the extent and nature of the review is key to achieving this. I would like to echo the suggestion of an advisory or audit board. Its a suggestion that I had universal support on previous board. A lack of time has for the most part delayed this but I think its worth the board putting some time into this. Seddon
