Thanks for the explanation :-) Do you think that's still true today,
considering how many affiliates there are globally?

And what would you like to see in a new kind of membership system? I'm
mainly asking this because we'll talk about this at the Central and Eastern
European meeting in Instanbul in a few days and we're also not exactly sure
how to set this up.
