I'm get confused of to use <wicket:child /> and <wicket:extend /> element to
write a multi-level page inheritance.

Let's say that the have the following hierarchy:

Page A
    ^
    |
Page B
    ^
    |
Page C

The page A will be:
<html>
<head>
<body>
Some stuff here ....
<wicket:child>

<wicket:child/>
</body>
</html>

The page C
<html>
<head>
<body>
<wicket:extend>
Some details
</wicket:extend>
</body>
</html>

But how to write the Page B markup ??

Thanks, Paolo
