If all your data is test data then the easiest approach is once you setup in the new location just delete the database (nominally /home/weewx/archive/weewx.sdb or /var/lib/weewx/weewx.sdb depending on your WeeWX install type) before starting WeeWX. WeeWX will automatically create a new empty database. However, if you have some data you wish to keep along with the test data in your database then it gets a little more complex.
