That is good to hear. I am not a WMR300 expert but I understand the station reports barometric pressure every 15 minutes, have you had WeeWX and the WMR300 running for at least 20 minutes?
If still misbehaving a startup debug log might help. To do this edit weewx.conf, set debug = 1, save weewx.conf and then restart WeeWX. Let WeeWX run for at least 20 minutes then take an extract from the log showing the entire WeeWX startup through until the 20 minutes has passed.
