Interesting. Not to get into a VPS debate, but I now pay $42  per
month  ($20+($265/12 initial Reserve cost) for a reserved EC2 instance
that even with my whole Plone setup (nginx, varnish, haproxy, Zeo) I
still have on average 1.3 Gig available memory. Everyone should spend
a weekend setting one up - it would cost you
a few dollars literally to setup an instance for a weekend and then
terminate it to learn the EC2 process and determine if it's a good
fit.
And S3 storage is so cheap it's almost silly.
