I see you are on Slicehost - nice. 256MB?? I am still trying to determine min requirements for Web2py. I had Plone on a 256MB Slice, and it wasn't enough. I moved to Amazon EC2 reserved instance, and it's many times faster than Slicehost. Very Happy with EC2. Part of that is the new setup, but also the ram and bandwidth.
