Since everyone is suggesting changes, how about using one of these instead of Ubuntu: SLES 9 SP4, SLES10 SP2, RHEL5 U2, RHEL5 U1, RHEL5, RHEL4.7, AsianUX 2.0, AsianUX 3.0, and OEL 5.1. While everyone I know has Ubuntu on their desks and laptops, those are the only distros that my company will support inside the data center.
