bootstrap 2.3.1 broke middle mouse click and there was a request for 2.3.2 for a long time, but 2.3.2 breaks dropdown menus on some mobile devices. according to this comment<https://github.com/twitter/bootstrap/issues/7968#issuecomment-18648426>it should be fixed next week, so we should wait until then.
