Sphinx is cool, but looking at the new wiki, I think it is pretty far already (now with reST, revisions, etc). Adding export to latex or pdf would be relatively simple to do from reST sources since docutils already converts from reST to these formats.
We definitely need a wiki (or some other type of web interface to create docs) to be able to get the docs up to speed quickly. Can we enforce some type of organization to the wiki so that it could serve both as the canonical documentation and the community/incubating docs?
