An inebriated Otis sends the following to Barney: Well, what are you so sore about? I text-messaged you like I said I would, didn't I? I crawled right over to the cell phone and text-messaged you. Andy enters the courthouse to find Barney playing checkers against himself on the computer. Andy says, "Why don't you launch Outlook Express? Maybe you sent yourself an email." As Barney is attempting to install a LAN in the courthouse, he says to himself, "I wonder if it would be faster with bigger wires?"
