That's typical. The LERG date is the estimated date to be completed, but
it doesn't necessarily match the LEC's disconnect date. Especially not
now because AT&T is having major staffing issues in the LIS and DCOE
provisioning departments. Half the time they don't even have someone
available to answer their phone calls. Its really bad!
