I just mentioned the LERG piece because a lot of people forget that step
and then their project gets shelved until they handle that piece. Since
you already made changes in the LERG and it sounds like your TDM trunks
have no more traffic coming in on them, then you just have to get a
project ID from the RBOC before you issue the disconnects. Lumen and
Verizon are not always as picky about getting a project ID first, but
AT&T definitely is.
