Having done this numerous times across the country, this work order (Disco
of Trunks &/or Facilities) is usually considered a PROJECT by the ILEC's,
so be expecting an additional charge for it. Be diligent on their billing
and estimates for the work. Make sure it makes sense. It is also a very
good idea to validate each T1 to ensure you are both working on the same
ones at the same time, before the cut-over or disco. I know SS7 usually
does a great job keeping things straight but... I have found record
discrepancies.... on both sides. Best to be safe than sorry.

Good luck to all and congrats on being able to do it.
