#!/bin/sh

xrdb $HOME/.Xresources
xsetroot -solid grey
xterm -geometry 80x24+10+10 -ls -title "$VNCDESKTOP Desktop" &

/usr/local/bin/startkde

replace "/usr/local/bin" to where ever you have kde install (maybe
/usr/X11R6/bin)

What happens if you goto a console (in directly fron of the machine) and
type "startkde"?

Regards,
Bud
