as i said before it would be a viewing only... so i wouldn't be able to take 
control of the PC... just see what was on the screen at the time.

if you didn't know the answer in the first place, why did you bother wasting 
not my time but your own time by replying. 

as this is a call centre environment where telephone calls are monitored we 
are extending this to PC usage as well.. where no personal use of the PCs is 
allowed at all (this included during lunch, after hours etc), but as i said 
it is VIEW mode only, and not in control mode. 

finally, why did u bother to comment on the website... this is a VNC mailing 
list and whether or not the web design appeals to you as an individual is of 
no real interest to either myself or the rest of the users on this list (i 
suspect this to be the case).
