What are you trying to do?

You can only run one instance of the VNC server locally. It may be
automatically starting up.

If you are trying to connect to a VNC server, you use the vncviewer applet,
vncviewer.exe on Win32... It comes in a separate folder
with the full Windows VNC install, and does not need to be installed to run.
