you're right, but the problem is the winvnc server doesn't start up and i can't connect with vnc viewer.

You can only run one instance of the VNC server locally. It may be automatically starting up. If you are trying to connect to a VNC server, you use the vncviewer applet, vncviewer.exe on Win32...
