Just an update.  I got the script and played around with it till I could get 
it to work.  I changed it so it did not install it as a service but instead 
made it run at the end in app mode. I also made it come with a default 
password of "k1w801gl" with the intent that the client could change it when 
they connect.  It also comes with a little warning that vnc allows remote 
access to a computer.  It also associates .vnc files with the vnc viewer.  I 
used TridiaVNC 1.4 as the source files (It seems the script was designed for 
Tridia, no point arguing).  I plan on using this installer when giving tech 
support because it requires no configuration on the server end.  All they 
have to do is hit next.

If you start the installer with the "/verysilent" parameter it will install 
and run the program without requiring hitting "next".  This could be used 
for remote installs.

I work on a Windows9x platform so I have no idea how it would work on 
NT/2000.
