I have not trouble with the current documentation. Frankly I would rather
see too much information and technical jargon than not enough. I guess I
should be flattered. According to the article I must be a computer guru. I
fancy myself pretty good at dosumenting things. If there is sufficient
interest I would be willing to create a "VNC for Dummies and Windows
Weenies" document. Please let me know if this would be worth while. If I
don't hear from the group, I won't spend the time re-writing documents for
the less computer proficient.

Had the reviewer (and I) had to pay $99.95 for VNC, then I would agree that
the documentation should be more end-user oriented and also would expect
that it would come on a CD in a colorful, oversized, shrink wrapped box..
However, we did not pay $99.95, and since no representations are made by the
VNC developers that VNC is targeted at computer novices, I see no problem
with the current technical documentation.
