Hi Jordan,

I tried the following solution on NT server. It is ok. 

I removed the WinVNC key from registry. You can find it in the following
path.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\windows\CurrentVersion\Run

It is a FAQ, but their answer is no.  Which isn't really the case.

I hate it when people yell at others to RTFM, instead of just finding it
