This will work for NT 4.0 and 5.0 (aka 2k) when WinVNC is run as
a service.  It is based on the fact that the tray icon is only
displayed if the current user is known.  The entry deleted
normally runs the "servicehelper", which informs the WinVNC as
to the name of the currently logged in user.

Another side-effect of disabling the service helper is that
only the default user password will work.  Normally, WinVNC
can support a different password depending on which user is
logged in.

TridiaVNC 1.3.3 and later support a registry setting,
DisableTrayIcon, which supresses the tray icon without disabling
the service helper.  In addition, it works on Win95/98/ME as
well as when the WinVNC server is running as an application
on WinNT.
