For this I use regini.exe from resource kit
make file vnc_rundelete.ini
\Registry\Machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
WinVNC = DELETE
than execute this command for all computers on your network
regini -m %SERVER% vnc_rundelete.ini
