Yes, that's all you need. Remember that two files (msvcrt.dll and
omnithread_rt.dll) are currently placed in the System32 directory, not the
main program directory, so just copying the program directory won't work.
Also, You'll need to install the appropriate service registry settings to
get VNC installed in service mode. These are normally added by running
winvnc -install.
