AuthHosts is a machine-local, not a user-local setting.

i.e. it belongs under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORL\WinVNC3, not under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORL\WinVNC3\Default.

I suggest you change your server VNC password, since you've sent the hex of
it out to the mailing list!
